Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice off the top of the bread loaf about one inch down and hollow out the center.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat, then add sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the ribeye steak to the skillet and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Brush the hollowed-out bread with melted butter, layer half of the provolone cheese, the steak and veggie mixture, and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake the stuffed bread on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden top.
  7. Brush crust edges with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Let cool slightly before slicing.
