- Slice 4 large ripe peaches in half and carefully remove the pits using a sharp knife.
- Place the peach halves cut side up in a large baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a pinch of salt.
- Generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the prepared peaches.
- Slide the baking pan into your preheated oven and bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
