Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Bacon Gnocchi
  1. In a deep skillet over medium-high heat, add chopped bacon and cook for about 8–10 minutes until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving the fat in the skillet.
  2. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan. Add diced chicken breasts, cooking for 2–3 minutes until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add Italian seasoning, gnocchi, and bacon, stirring well.
  5. Cover the skillet and simmer for about 4 minutes.
  6. Uncover and cook, stirring occasionally for another 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese, tasting and adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
