Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Bacon Gnocchi
- In a deep skillet over medium-high heat, add chopped bacon and cook for about 8–10 minutes until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving the fat in the skillet.
- Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan. Add diced chicken breasts, cooking for 2–3 minutes until no longer pink.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add Italian seasoning, gnocchi, and bacon, stirring well.
- Cover the skillet and simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Uncover and cook, stirring occasionally for another 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese, tasting and adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
