Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off a whole bulb of garlic, drizzle it with olive oil, and wrap it in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for about 30–35 minutes, or until the cloves feel soft when squeezed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Blend together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well for another minute.
  4. Fold in the roasted garlic cloves. Mix gently until the garlic is evenly distributed in the creamy base.
  5. Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Serve immediately with an assortment of dippers or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together before serving.
