  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese blended smooth for best texture
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder optional but recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or finely chopped fresh onion
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika for rich, smoky flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper omit for milder chip
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan optional for extra crispiness

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup of cottage cheese until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Drop small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading each into thin circles about 2 inches in diameter.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan over each dollop for added flavor.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let the chips cool for at least 5 minutes on the tray before serving.

Notes
