- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup of cottage cheese until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Drop small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading each into thin circles about 2 inches in diameter.
- Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan over each dollop for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the chips cool for at least 5 minutes on the tray before serving.
