Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay your flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Take thin slices of roast beef and place them in the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space from the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the roast beef, maintaining that one-inch border.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll from the bottom up, tucking the filling tightly as you go.
- Brush the outside of each roll up with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Place the roll ups seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- While the roll ups bake, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Let the roll ups cool for a minute before slicing each roll into bite-sized pieces. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
