  • 10 slices Roast Beef deli-style or leftovers
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas soft yet sturdy
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups Beef Broth flavorful foundation
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay your flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Take thin slices of roast beef and place them in the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space from the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the roast beef, maintaining that one-inch border.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll from the bottom up, tucking the filling tightly as you go.
  6. Brush the outside of each roll up with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  7. Place the roll ups seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. While the roll ups bake, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  9. Let the roll ups cool for a minute before slicing each roll into bite-sized pieces. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
