Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of oats and 1 scoop of protein powder until evenly combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of nut butter, and 1/4 cup of honey until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and fold everything together until well-combined.

  5. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, transfer the mixture, and press it down firmly.
  6. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
