Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12 x 9-inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook diced chicken and bacon over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and crispy.
  4. Finely dice the jalapenos and slice the green onions, setting them aside for the casserole.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk, blending until smooth. Fold in cheese, jalapenos, and most green onions.
  6. Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon in the casserole dish, then pour the creamy mixture over and stir until coated.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and reserved jalapenos and green onions.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
