Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing 4 cups of water to a vigorous boil in a medium saucepan over high heat.
  2. Add 2-3 green tea bags and a handful of fresh mint sprigs to the hot water. Cover and steep for 15-45 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the green tea bags and mint sprigs from the saucepan.
  4. While still warm, stir in honey until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour the sweetened tea into a large pitcher, add ice and cold water, then stir well to combine.
