  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together ¾ cup of softened salted butter, ½ cup of granulated sugar, and ¾ cup of light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
